Qualification:

AGM (Regulatory Reporting) SMGS – V Job Post: Minimum Educational Qualification: Graduate with from University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body. Post Qualification Work Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in officer grade in bank is mandatory. (Of which) Minimum 3 years of experience in Regulatory Reporting in a bank is mandatory.

AGM (Internal Audit) SMGS – V: Minimum Educational Qualification: M.Com from University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body. Chartered Accountant is preferred. Post Qualification Work Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in bank is mandatory. (of which) Minimum 5 years of experience in Internal Audit in a bank is mandatory.

AGM (Sales Reporting): Minimum Educational Qualification: Graduate from University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body. Note: MBA / Post graduation degree from University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body is preferred.

DGM (Accounts) TEGS – VI: Minimum Educational Qualification: Any Commerce graduate from a University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body. Post Qualification Work Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in officer grade is mandatory. (of which) Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts/Finance department of a Bank (or) Financial sector organization is required.

DGM (Back Office Operations) TEGS – VI: Minimum Educational Qualification: Any graduate from a University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body. Post Qualification Work Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience is mandatory. (of which) Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in back office operations of a bank is required.

DGM (Legal) TEGS – VI: Minimum Educational Qualification: Any Law graduate or equivalent law degree from a University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body. Post Qualification Work Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience is mandatory. (of which) Minimum 5 years of legal experience in public sector/bank/financial institutions is required.

DGM (Operational Risk and Fraud) TEGS – VI: Minimum Educational Qualification: Any graduate from a University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body. Post Qualification Work Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience is mandatory. (of which) Minimum 2years of experience in Operational Risk /Fraud monitoring is required.

DGM (Regulatory Compliance) TEGS – VI:
Minimum Educational Qualification: Any graduate from a University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body. Post Qualification Work Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in bank or financial services sector is mandatory. (of which) Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Regulatory Compliance is required.

Chief Manager (Central Processing Centre): Minimum Educational Qualification: Any graduate from a University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body. Post Qualification Work Experience: Minimum 9 years of experience is mandatory. (of which) Minimum 3 years of experience in CPC/Operations Dept. of a bank is required.

Chief Manager (Procurement) SMGS – IV: Minimum Educational Qualification: Any graduate from a University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body. Post Qualification Work Experience: Minimum 9 years of experience in officer grade is mandatory. (of which) Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement in public sector is required.

Chief Manager (Book Keeping & Accounting) SMGS – IV: Minimum Educational Qualification: Any Commerce graduate from a University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body. M.Com/CA Interns is preferred. Post Qualification Work Experience: Minimum 9 years of experience in officer grade is mandatory. (of which) Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts is required.

Chief Manager (Administration) SMGS – IV: Minimum Educational Qualification: Graduate from a University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body. Post Qualification Work Experience: Minimum 9 years of experience (of which) Minimum 5 years should be in administration.

Chief Manager (Retail Products) SMGS – IV: Minimum Educational Qualification: Graduate from a University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body. MBA (Marketing) is preferred. Post Qualification Work Experience: Minimum 9 years of experience in bank/financial institutions is mandatory. Experience is preferred in Retail Product Development in payment/Financial sector.

Chief Manager (Merchant Products) SMGS – IV: Minimum Educational Qualification: Graduate from a University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body. MBA (Marketing) is preferred. Post Qualification Work Experience: Minimum 9 years of experience in bank/financial institutions is mandatory..

Chief Manager (Public Relations) SMGS – IV: Minimum Educational Qualification: Graduate from a University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body. Master/PG Diploma in Mass Communications is preferred. Post Qualification Work Experience: Minimum 9 years of experience handling public relations.
