Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer Service – TAT, Tokens, customer complaints and NSR/SR closure Management
- Cash Management (Including petty Cash)
- Service to Sales & PSF Target Achievement
- Cash & Customer Service /NPS and Audit Queries
- Service branch maintenance and control
- Consistent increase in penetration of CDM/Kiosk
- Manage escalations with teams (Centralize/HO) for end to end resolution • Driving team towards customer obsession
- Daily reviews with Service team for discussion on previous day Challenges/Achievements
- Training team members on latest Processes and changes in policy.
- Team management and process monitoring.
- Connect with HO team on regular basis for feedback/changes in current processes.
- Maintain minimal errors in audit report published by HO.
Qualification & Experience:
- In-depth understanding of cash & customer service related processes and policies.
- In-depth knowledge in SFDC and fin one system.
- Graduate/Post graduate with 4-5 yrs. of experience.
- Ability to work independently and towards deadlines.
- Effective oral and written communication skills
