Qualification:
Chief Financial Officer – General Manager (Scale VII):
Chartered Accountant. Experience: Presently working as Deputy General Manager or equivalent cadre in Scheduled Commercial Bank(s) and with minimum 15 years of experience in overseeing financial operations, preferably accounting and taxation matters in banks/large corporates /PSUs / FIs/Financial services organizations, of which 10 years should be in Banks / FIs (of which 5 years should be at Senior Management Level)
Chief Compliance Officer – General Manager (Scale VII):
Any Degree preferably with JAIIB / CAIIB. Experience: Presently working as Deputy General Manager or equivalent cadre in Scheduled Commercial Bank(s) and with minimum 15 years of experience in overseeing financial operations. Having fair knowledge of law, accounting & Information Technology and practical experience in various business lines and audit/inspection function in Banks/ Financial Institutions (of which 5 years should be at Senior Management Level) is preferred
DGM:
Inspection Corporate Credit SME and Commercial Credit Retail Credit Sales Head Risk Management Credit Monitoring Agriculture Credit: Minimum 2 Years of experience in Assistant General Manager or equivalent cadre working in Scheduled Commercial Bank(s) / BFSI / Reputed Financial Institutions handling similar portfolio Age: Not above 55 Years Qualification: Any Degree preferably with JAIIB / CAIIB
AGM:
Minimum 2 Years of experience in Chief Manager – IV or equivalent cadre working in Scheduled Commercial Bank(s) / BFSI / Reputed Finance
CM:
Minimum 2 Years of experience in Officer Scale III or equivalent cadre working in Scheduled Commercial Bank(s) / BFSI / Reputed Financial Institutions handling similar portfolio.
SM:
Corporate Credit SME and Commercial Credit Agriculture Credit Forex Operations / Marketing Faculty: Minimum 2 years of experience in Scale II Cadre or equivalent cadre working in Scheduled Commercial Bank(s) / BFSI / Reputed Financial Institutions handling similar portfolio Age: Not above 40 Years Qualification: Any Degree preferably with JAIIB / CAIIB
Manager:
Practising Advocates or Minimum 2 years of experience in Scale I Cadre or equivalent cadre working in Scheduled Commercial Bank(s) / BFSI / Reputed Financial Institutions handling similar portfolio Age: Not above 35 Years Qualification: Any Degree preferably with JAIIB / CAIIB (Graduate in Law preferable)
