Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
To identify & recruit experienced DSAs from the respective market.
To train the channel members on a regular basis, follow up and monitor their performance.
To conduct regular marketing activities through channels.
To ensure the productivity of each channel / team member and achieve the business target with quality.
To coordinate with the internal team (Credit / Ops/ Legal & Collections etc) for an effective delivery of the business within a reasonable TAT
Manage yields and pay-out to maximise revenues.
Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in LAP product
Not more than 40 years old.
Good problem solving skills
Self driven and motivated
Should be able to manage and lead the team
Good Market understanding, product knowledge and domain expertise.
INR 4,50,000 – 6,50,000 P.A.
