  1. Essential Requirement: B.Tech from a recognized University/Institution. Experience in handling large IT Projects
  2. Desirable: MBA from a recognized University Experience in handling Non-Life Insurance IT projects Valid PMP certification
  3. Experience we seek: At least 15 years as at 31st May 2019 in various IT engagements such as: Experience in managing large IT transformation programs / program management skills Expertise in various aspects of Project Management – like planning & scheduling, project governance, resource management, monitoring & reportingExperience in all aspects of software delivery – different technology platforms, various methods of development, software development processes, testing etcExperience in handling large outsourcing partnerships Vendor management skills – dealing with vendors, empanelment and evaluation of vendors, negotiations, issue resolution etc People management – handling of software teams (ideally not less than 200 people) Expertise in managing all elements of the RFP process Good understanding of hardware and networking – components, capabilities, latest technologies etc  Exposure to core insurance applications.


Rs. 45,00,000 – Rs. 50,00,000/- Per Annum
