Eligibility:
Assistant Professor Physical Education
i ). Master’s Degree in Physical Education with atleast 55% of Marks or its equivalent grade and
ii). Any other stipulation prescribed by the UGC in the General Norms including a pass in NET / SLET / SET prescribed in the regulations shall be mandatory.
iii). A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic performance indicated (API) based Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS) developed by UGC in the regulations shall be mandatory.
Assistant Professor Yoga (School of Distance Education)
Essential Qualifications : i). Atleast 55% of marks in or its equivalent grade in M.Sc., Degree in Yoga (or) Master’s Degree in Physical Education with Diploma in Yoga from a recognized Institution / University and ii). Any other stipulation prescribed by the UGC in the General Norms including a pass in NET / SLET / SET prescribed in the regulations shall be mandatory. However, NET / SLET / SET shall not be required for such Master’s Degree Programme in disciplines for which NET / SLET / SET aggregated test is not conducted. iii). A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic performance indicated (API) based Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS) developed by UGC in the regulations shall be mandatory.
